Job Summary:

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the environmental management system, ensuring it complies with the MOD Policy and defence regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate environmental impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure environmental considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
  • Provide training and support to employees on environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Significant knowledge of environmental sustainability in a high-risk industry.
  • A STEM degree or equivalent experience, potentially a chartered engineer.
  • Member IEMA or working towards full membership.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of commercial and financial principles.
  • Knowledge and experience in legal and regulatory frameworks.
