Sales Progressor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor / Administrator to join our team at Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, updating them on the progress of their sale, and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and update them on the progress of their sale
• Communicate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents to ensure all parties are aware of required timescales
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong business relationships
• Prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume pipeline
• Have a detailed knowledge of the sales process and a considerable degree of previous experience in this role or as a Sales Negotiator

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property sale progression
• Previous experience in sales administration
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Ability to build strong business relationships
