Job Overview

Lantra is a leading awarding body for land-based industries in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

We develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications that are delivered through a national network of training Provider Partners.

As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator, you will work with a range of partners to promote the opportunities and benefits of our training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programmes that meet the needs of our partners and stakeholders
  • Work with our training Provider Partners to deliver high-quality training courses
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programmes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed
