About the Role
Lantra is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support for employee learning and development activities, manage training records, and maintain our training and development platforms and intranet pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for employee learning and development activities
- Manage training records and maintain our training and development platforms and intranet pages
- Proactively identify training needs and coordinate development activities
- Ensure all employees receive training and update the training schedule
- Organize Line Manager workshops and corporate development sessions
- Coordinate Long Service Awards and award vouchers
- Support the induction of new starters
- Type up notes and circulate minutes
- Support the delivery of social and wellbeing activities
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience of coordinating learning and development activities
- Experience of working within an HR function
- Experience of communicating across all levels of the business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to use your initiative
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
