As a member of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to cater to outdoor enthusiasts by delivering outstanding customer service and a diverse selection of products from renowned brands, all while advocating for sustainability.

What will your impact be?

Our Retail Operations Leaders enhance the customer experience in our stores and create unforgettable retail moments by:

  • Inspiring, guiding, and developing the store team to embrace a customer-centric mindset
  • Executing essential retail operational tasks related to inventory management, audits, and financial transactions
  • Maintaining the store's presentation to a high standard in accordance with brand visual merchandising guidelines, including the execution of seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with our People and Product Development team to provide your team with growth and advancement opportunities
  • Applying your knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics to assess and enhance your store's effectiveness
  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members with assistance from our People Resourcing team
