About the Role:

We are seeking exceptional and dedicated personal care assistants to join our team as we provide complex care services to individuals in their own homes. As a member of our caring team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that can vary day to day, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Main Duties:

  • Administration of medication
  • Moving and Handling with Hoist
  • Gastrostomy Care / PEG feeding
  • Personal Care
  • Assisting clients in the community
  • Administrative duties
  • Light housework

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and dynamic personality with common sense
  • At least 6 months of complex care experience, including dealing with seizures, PEG feed, catheter, and administering medication
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Commitment to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
  • Reliability, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate
  • Commitment to confidentiality and treating clients with dignity and respect
