Job Description

**Reporting to the People Operations Compliance Manager**

The ESG Sustainability Specialist will provide support with administration, research, and presentations to Senior Directors and the wider business, new process roll-outs, and coordination support, alongside ESG and Compliance Project Management from start through to completion. There will be a particular focus on the Carbon Footprinting Project and social best practices and compliance initiatives across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive the collection, organisation, and analysis of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
  • Analyse results and develop action plans to ensure CMS Distribution has a best-in-class ESG program.
  • Develop corporate communications strategies and materials in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team for the communication of ESG initiatives to all internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and track progress against ESG goals and metrics.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format.
  • Minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience from an ESG background.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of each component of ESG.
