As a Resident Involvement Officer at Service Care Solutions, you will play a key role in driving meaningful resident engagement and contributing to the delivery of innovative involvement strategies.
- Lead and support resident involvement groups, projects, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and resident empowerment.
- Collaborate with external partners and housing professionals to share and enhance best practices in resident engagement and involvement.
- Utilize research skills to plan and evaluate projects or events that promote resident participation and satisfaction.
- Apply analytical skills to understand and utilize performance information and data to inform resident engagement strategies.
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology to effectively communicate with residents and stakeholders.
- A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
37 hours per week
Permanent
Hybrid working model with flexibility for evening and weekend events.
