About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a varied program of activities to cater to residents' diverse interests and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the activities program, encouraging resident participation and engagement.
  • Support fundraising efforts and contribute to the planning of theme event nights.

Requirements:



  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in organizing activities, preferably in a care or community setting.
