About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directors. This is a part-time role that offers flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel for Directors.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications, ensuring seamless interactions with stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Organise and maintain confidential documents, ensuring secure storage and access.
  • Board Support: Prepare and distribute Board materials, take minutes, and track action items, providing critical support to our Directors.
  • Project Management: Support and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with team members.
  • Task Delegation: Handle tasks and projects delegated by Board Directors, prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to provide crucial information for Director's decision-making, ensuring data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives or board members.
  • Language Skills: Spanish as a second language is desirable, but not essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
