Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead our Private Client team from our Warminster office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor/CILEx with at least 5 years' PQE to take on a leadership role and oversee a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad Private Client caseload, including wills, LPA's, POA's, trusts, estate administration, probate, and Court of Protection
  • Take proactive business development initiatives to drive growth and success
  • Supervise junior members of the team and provide guidance and support

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with at least 5 years' PQE
  • Technical expertise in Private Client law
  • Proven business development skills and experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
