Chadwick Nott - South West and South Wales is seeking a skilled Compliance and Risk Management Solicitor to join their team in North Dorset and Warminster, Wiltshire.

This role offers a mix of office and home-based working and can be either full-time or part-time to suit. The successful candidate will be responsible for key elements of compliance and financial risk management within the business, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Day-to-day compliance and risk management.
  2. Ensuring the Firm's regulatory obligations and professional practice standards remain compliant.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience of compliance and risk management within the legal sector and be knowledgeable on SAR and AML along with other relevant legal, financial, and data protection legislation and frameworks. You will be proficient at identifying and managing potential risks, putting timely, workable solutions in place, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
