Job Title: Production Operative

Adore Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join our client's team in Chelmsford, Essex.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the production and packing of food products, operating machinery and equipment, and maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team in production to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Assist in the production and packing of food products, adhering to company hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as required, following safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Carry out cleaning duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience or knowledge of operating food production machinery is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
  • Shows initiative and a proactive approach to work.
  • Able to remain calm and focused during times of peak workload or difficult situations.
