Adore Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our client's team as a Production Operative at their food manufacturing site near Chelmsford, Essex.
Job Responsibilities:- Work as part of a team in production to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Assist in the production or packing of all food products produced by the company.
- Operate machinery and equipment as required for the above activity.
- Carry out cleaning duties as directed to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including hygiene and health and safety protocols.
- Prior experience or knowledge of operating food production machinery is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
- Initiative and ability to remain calm and focused during peak workload or difficult situations.
- Proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals.
- Free parking on site.

- Training will be provided to support your development.
Salary: Starting pay £11.44 per hour, with the potential to progress to the next pay grade after completing training.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
