This innovative consultancy is looking for a Construction Project Surveyor to become part of their committed team. Specializing in a variety of sectors including commercial, educational, residential, and industrial projects, this firm is dedicated to providing outstanding service to their clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our skilled surveying and design team, you will take charge of designing and managing projects, which may include new constructions, refurbishments, and extensions.

Collaborating closely with a talented project team, you will play a crucial role from site acquisition through to project completion. Your responsibilities will also encompass:

  • Conducting measured surveys and dilapidation assessments.
  • Performing pre-acquisition surveys, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards APC, with a solid background in architectural design and project management.

Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience managing projects valued at a minimum of £1 million.
  • In-depth knowledge of various building construction types and site management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong client-facing skills, providing clear commercial advice.
  • Excellent presentation, report writing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated geographical area.
