Order Analyst Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Analyst Administrator to join our Sales Data team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of company sales reports, maintaining customer and pricing information, and performing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation of company sales reports to analyze sales performance
- Maintain customer and pricing information
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and inbox management
- Support the business by providing top-quality customer service
- Act upon sales administration requests from the sales management team
- Process display claims and track sell-in results
- Produce regular monthly sales reports and ad-hoc reports for the sales management team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Good IT skills
- Experience of SAP and/or Thoughtspot (training will be provided)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
