CleverHR is a nationwide Financial Advisory firm that provides pension and investment advice to both private and corporate clients.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, providing technical support, and maintaining accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform monthly IT security checks and notify line managers of any outstanding training requirements.
- Input new starters and grant access to software and cloud-based systems.
- Support the Systems Analyst with data reviews, manual data cleansing, and inputting correct or missing information onto the system.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting on various internal systems.
- Run bulk daily client valuation uploads on the back-office system.
- Support the Systems Analyst with testing new processes and policy documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date system and IT documents and policies.
- Support the Systems Analyst with annual reviews of company hardware and software licenses.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and a flexible approach to getting the job done.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry or IT experience.
- Experience with online systems/software and data inputting.
- Experience working in a small to medium-sized financial services environment.
- Experience with Intelligent Office or a similar back-office system.
