About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Clipstone House, a specialist mental health service in Mansfield. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory and communication impairments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individual needs
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork
  • Observe, record, and report changes in service users, maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
