About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our team at Marston Group. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality bid responses and leading the Bids team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with technical leads and senior leadership to ensure bids are tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information
  • Identify and implement systems and processes to drive efficiencies and improve bid response quality
  • Obtain feedback on successful and unsuccessful proposals to ensure continuous improvement in the bid process
  • Review and edit bid content to ensure accuracy and excellence
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and stay ahead of competitors
  • Review and improve collateral responses
  • Accountable for folder and structure management of all opportunities
  • Ensure opportunity pipeline is managed effectively on CRM (Dynamics 365)

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • 25 days per annum plus bank holidays
