Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee the management of our independent retirement housing developments in the North. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class, cost-effective management service combined with exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and achieves targeted profitability.
The Area Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Lodge Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our sites
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external landlords and Homeowners
- Controlling expenditure and producing budgets and accounts for presentation to the Homeowners
- Negotiating with contractors and overseeing performance
- Building internal relationships with our support teams based at Head Office
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of property management experience, preferably in the leasehold retirement sector. They will be confident, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills, with a high degree of competence in written and spoken English and numeracy.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, problem solve, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. They will also be extremely well organized, flexible, able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
