The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing support to adults with Learning Disabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals in providing person-centred support to adults with Learning Disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Ensure that care is delivered in line with the company's specialist care model
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in social care
  • Strong understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities
