Our company is rapidly expanding its smaller divisions, including the Fire & Security Division, which specializes in maintaining fire and security systems in commercial buildings.

Fire & Security Project Manager - The Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are delivered within budget, on time, and in line with customer quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the installation of fire and security systems in commercial buildings.
  2. Develop and implement effective project delivery strategies to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors to plan and execute work.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  5. Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record in a senior fire and security project role, with experience in project management and leadership.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
