Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager at our new store in Lightwater, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail team, including volunteers, to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the wider DEBRA team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a charity retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
