Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services and generating new business opportunities within their territory.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Produce weekly and monthly forecasting data and sales reports
  • Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
