As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing small projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate small projects, including site visits, surveys, and technical advice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to survey new projects, providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with company and client procedures.
- Prepare and complete accurate documentation for each project, in line with company and client requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting client expectations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on small works projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
- Ability to work safely and responsibly, minimizing risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
