Touchstone is a leading mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST) in our Serious Mental Illness pathway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with Serious Mental Illness, empowering them to define, build, and live meaningful, independent, and satisfying lives closer to their community.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, their family and carers, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of community-based mental health services, promoting recovery and social inclusion.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the CREST service.
