Job Opportunity: Care Home Manager

An exceptional nursing home in St Albans, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee its daily operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Home's daily operation, including staff management and resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC registration.
  • Maintain and improve the CQC rating for the Home.
  • Lead the Management Team, comprising the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing a large nursing home.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding care for residents.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • CQC Ratings of Good or Outstanding in current home.
