The CAMHS Getting Help Team Manager will be responsible for the management of locality-based teams within the Getting Help Service of Chelmsford, underpinned by the Thrive Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the formulation and treatment of management plans for parents, children, and young people being treated by practitioners using specialist psychological interventions.
- Work autonomously to make decisions on the management of high-complexity needs and identify and manage clinical risks.
- Support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their families in the self-management of presenting difficulties.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
