As a proven marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement, monetization, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement a robust marketing plan that includes email marketing, events, paid and organic search, display, social media, and events.
  • Marketing Performance Indicators: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts.
  • Growth Plan: Design and execute a growth plan that incorporates account-based marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analysis and Campaign Design: Conduct in-depth analysis of funnel and campaign data to identify opportunities and design campaigns for additional growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align demand generation with business objectives.
  • Marketing Technology: Oversee the management of our marketing technology stack to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Client Stories: Identify and nurture client stories to create persuasive content that drives engagement and perceptions of value and impact.
  • Brand and Content Strategy: Elevate and maintain our brand voice and quality of content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Data-Driven Marketer: A data-driven, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Growth Marketer, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrable results leading a team (internal and/or agencies) to develop and execute digital and event-driven demand generation.
  • Creative Problem Solver: A high-energy creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to take risks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Remote Work: Capable of working in a hybrid model with a London office location.
