Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient parts delivery, meeting customer expectations and driving sales growth.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of parts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
