Salary: £32,000 OTE (including £27,000 to £29,000 basic depending on experience, plus bonus)

Are you a skilled professional seeking a new challenge in the automotive industry? We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Gatwick.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be part of a friendly and professional team, contributing to the smooth operation of our parts department. As a Parts Advisor, you will work closely with our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
  • Completing Vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
  • Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
  • Answering calls from customers
  • Providing exceptional customer care

Requirements

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
