ACJ Search is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to recruit a seasoned New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to drive process excellence and innovation. As the first dedicated NPI specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's approach to introducing new products.

About the Role:

  • Define and implement robust NPI processes to enhance the new product introduction approach, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance, improve, and develop processes during a period of significant growth.
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage NPI processes across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement NPI strategies to drive business growth and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective NPI process execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in NPI process development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
