Our main menu of British classics changes with the seasons, and our Seafood Specials are created by our talented team of chefs on site, making the most of the catch of the day and best quality seafood available.

About YouWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef Designate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great team spirit, strong leadership and management skills, and be able to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for leading our culinary team, developing and coaching them to be the best they can be, and ensuring impeccable standards in our kitchen.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites, support different teams, and contribute to the creation of our main menu and weekly specials menu. In return, we offer a competitive salary, flexible shift patterns, enhanced holiday, private healthcare, and a range of other benefits.
