About the Role

Montana Home Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our service users.

  • Travel to various locations within the Falkirk District to provide care and support.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary, as full paid training will be provided.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
  • Organised, reliable, and responsible.
What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • Mileage rate at 40p per mile.
