Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for delivering our new CRM programme and working closely with functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies in various markets, ensuring alignment with the overall Brand/Content calendar.
  • Raise the profile of CRM in assigned markets through stakeholder engagement and presentations.
  • Implement campaign processes and ensure quality assurance at the highest level.
  • Take ownership of campaigns from conceptualization to execution and analysis of findings.
  • Prepare and present up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Content and Brand teams on planning and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with partners on acceleration, troubleshooting, and rollout of new functionalities.
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing requirements, providing recommendations and suggestions for solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Fluent French and/or Spanish language skills (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions in the face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and experience with delivering campaign calendars.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with various stakeholders in different territories and at varying levels of seniority.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail, able to take responsibility for quality CRM campaign outputs.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, able to solve problems and offer creative suggestions for process development.

Experience

  • Significant working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or alternative marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven knowledge of core CRM principles.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with HTML and CSS (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms or the retail industry (useful but not essential).
