About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Joint Head of Services at Morgan Hunt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to co-manage our operational services and contribute to the strategic development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the delivery of our services, manage Service Managers, and ensure all services have up-to-date policies and procedures in place.
  • Strategic Development: Support the senior management team in launching new services and contribute to tender and bid writing.
  • Safeguarding & Compliance: Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and maintain external accreditations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies, commissioners, and funders.
  • Team Leadership: Provide line management, oversee project plans, and ensure staff receive appropriate training.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in policy and procedure development.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Please note that being able to drive and having access to a car is essential for this role due to the travel element.
