The Role

At Unite Students, we're looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing a warm and welcoming front of house reception service to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct flat viewings, inspections, and lead sales conversations to ensure our students have the best possible experience.
  • Plan and run events for our students, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

  • Someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
