Senior Insights Analyst

Are you a data expert looking to drive business growth and understanding? We're seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join our innovative data team at Talent, a leading energy firm.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled data analyst to play a key role in driving analysis and reporting that supports our business in understanding customer interactions across all channels. You'll work closely with our data team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data sets and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Qlik
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field

What We Offer
