Senior Insights Analyst

Are you a data expert looking to drive business growth and customer understanding? We're seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join our innovative data team at an award-winning energy firm.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled data professional to play a key role in driving analysis and reporting that supports our business in understanding customer interactions across all channels. You'll work closely with our data team to develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data sets and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Qlik)
  • Ability to understand and analyze large and complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
