This position entails handling both incoming and outgoing communications related to client quotations, addressing inquiries via electronic correspondence, performing data management tasks, and occasionally providing support at the front desk. A commitment to professionalism and effective communication is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients requesting legal service quotations.
- Guide clients in making informed choices by delivering precise service quotes and relevant information.
- Respond to client inquiries received through email promptly and accurately.
- Initiate outbound calls to follow up with clients regarding pending quotations and nurture potential leads.
- Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide reception coverage during breaks or staff absences as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and communication etiquette in all client interactions.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales conversion and managing client objections.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with the legal process is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients over the phone.
- Proactive approach in reaching out to clients through various communication channels.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: £14,872.00 - £22,308.00 based on working hours.
- Generous annual leave entitlement plus public holidays.

Working Hours:
- Part-Time: Minimum hours from Monday to Friday.
