A highly motivated and seasoned Senior Project Manager is needed to join the dynamic team of a premier Independent Multidisciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy in Newcastle.
The RoleAs a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-profile healthcare projects, collaborating with a team of over 130 employees across 8 UK offices, each with over a century of industry presence.
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare projects to support its continued success and growing opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage NEC 3/4 Accreditation
- Lead healthcare projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high service standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in managing healthcare projects with a strong track record of success
- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000
