Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the North East region.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
