Packaging Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Packaging Department at a well-established production plant in North Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the efficient packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and control
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
