We are seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Controller to join our team at Pratap Partnership. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global teams and parent company to ensure efficient financial management. Your primary responsibility will be to consolidate financial information from multiple international entities, assist with budgets and forecasts, cash management, audit preparation, and business partnering. You will have the support of a European Finance Manager and a number of Finance Assistants. The business is experiencing significant growth and is undertaking various international projects, including the creation of a finance SSC, the creation of multiple European legal entities, and an overhaul of their ERP system. Your key responsibilities will include managing month-end close activities and financial reporting, managing inventory/cash management and capex reporting, playing a pivotal role in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights to support decision-making, analysing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actions, and monitoring adherence to the budget and cost-saving targets.
