Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Financial Planning team at Fairstone Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Planning: Coordinate with financial planners to schedule and plan client reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare all pre-meeting requirements, including portfolio valuations, fact find documentation, and risk questionnaires, to ensure a seamless meeting experience.
- Post-Meeting Administration: Produce high-quality client reports, summarizing meeting outcomes and recommendations.
- Implementing Advice Actions: Execute fund switches and new business initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- General Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including client servicing and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as an administrator in the financial/wealth planning sector.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Qualifications: Industry-recognized certification in administration or a related field is desirable.
