Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our customer engagement strategy, driving business growth and improving client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase client visit frequency and reduce customer churn.
    • Build and manage a campaign schedule based on promotional activity, supplier investments, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Customer Segmentation
    • Use consumer behaviour, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalized marketing programs.
    • Build target segments to drive business growth and improve client retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on campaign and program performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the customer service team to understand clinic and customer pain points.
    • Deliver on brand retention comms and help manage internal communication of critical campaign plans.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and digital marketing projects.
    • Experience in building and executing multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Skills
    • Strong background in customer segmentation and targeted marketing.
    • Experience with CRM tools and data platforms.
    • Skills in executing A/B testing for multi-channel campaigns.
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Education
    • Degree in a relevant field.
