Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our customer engagement strategy, driving business growth and improving client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase client visit frequency and reduce customer churn.
- Build and manage a campaign schedule based on promotional activity, supplier investments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Customer Segmentation
- Use consumer behaviour, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalized marketing programs.
- Build target segments to drive business growth and improve client retention.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign and program performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the customer service team to understand clinic and customer pain points.
- Deliver on brand retention comms and help manage internal communication of critical campaign plans.
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and digital marketing projects.
- Experience in building and executing multi-channel communication strategies.
- Skills
- Strong background in customer segmentation and targeted marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools and data platforms.
- Skills in executing A/B testing for multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Education
- Degree in a relevant field.
