Role Overview:
As part of our expansion strategy, we are eager to enhance our team and are in search of a Building Management Systems Engineer to operate throughout London and the South East. This position is field-based, with support from our team located in Egham.
We seek outstanding individuals who can contribute innovative ideas, fresh skills, and creative solutions to help us create a more sustainable and inclusive environment for everyone.
Our projects division has a stellar reputation within the industry and is poised for further growth and development in the region, where you can play a pivotal role.
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient individual to engineer and execute exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing, planning, forecasting, and overseeing all technical activities from project initiation to completion.
- Conducting job start-up, system checks, and troubleshooting for installed systems and services.
- Understanding and adhering to contract stipulations and requirements.
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising all project labor needs while providing guidance to contractors at the designated level of responsibility.
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and deliverables in line with the project timeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the BEMS & Building Controls sectors in the UK.
- Technical expertise in Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial management within the specified industries, capable of collaborating with the management team.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to meeting client expectations.
