Role Overview:

In line with our expansion strategy, we are eager to enhance our dynamic team and are in search of a Building Management Systems Engineer to operate throughout London and the South East. This position is field-based, with support from our team located in Egham.

We seek outstanding individuals who can contribute innovative ideas, fresh skills, and creative solutions to help us create a more sustainable and inclusive world for everyone.

Our projects division is highly regarded in the industry and has ambitious plans for further growth and development in the region, where you can play a significant role.


We are looking for a motivated and technically adept professional to design and execute exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, planning, forecasting, and overseeing all technical tasks from project initiation to completion.
  • Conducting project startup, system checks, and troubleshooting for installed systems and services.
  • Possessing an understanding of contract terms and requirements.
  • Coordinating and supervising all project labor needs while providing guidance to contractors at the appropriate level of responsibility.
  • Tracking and documenting project progress and deliverables in line with the project timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the BEMS & Building Controls sectors in the UK.
  • Technical proficiency with Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial management within the aforementioned industries, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the management team.
  • Adaptability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • A professional demeanor with a commitment to meeting client expectations.
