Procurement Manager

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement effective procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Public Sector Regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve procurement outcomes.
- Manage and oversee bids and tenders to ensure the organization secures the best value for money.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on procurement-related matters.
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in the Public Sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience.
- Category management experience and knowledge of Public Sector Regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve procurement outcomes.
