Your new role

In this role as Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating and supervising construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high safety standards, managing the procurement of materials, and resolving any issues that arise on site.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee construction site operations and ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Resolve any issues that arise on site and ensure effective communication with project managers, clients, and site staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with roofing or cladding projects
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS Black Card
  • At least an NVQ level 4 in construction-related topics
